At Mela Studio, we take great care in delivering our clothing and jewelry pieces. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
- Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Clause
- A clear, unedited video of the product unboxing is mandatory to process any return or refund request.
- The video must:
- Start before opening the package
- Clearly show the packaging condition
- Capture the product and the issue in detail
- Without this video proof, we will not be able to process refunds or replacements.
Product Condition for Returns
- Items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original packaging
- With all tags intact
Refund Process
- Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
